Dates: January 17th - February 7th (Tues evenings from 6pm-9pm)

Description: An in-depth study of Revelation chapters 2 & 3, which contains Jesus' message to seven local congregations in Asia Minor.

We will explore the geographical, historical, and cultural contexts of each church/city, but with an emphasis on how their challenges and struggles mirror those we face today. Issues like - loveless service, loss of spiritual passion, the influence of false doctrine, being led astray by charismatic personalities, or being more concerned with one's reputation than a relationship with God.

The ultimate goal of this class, beside a greater understanding of Scripture, is to gain a deeper love and passion for Christ, and to learn how to avoid some of the common pitfalls of church life.
