Course Description:  This course is an in-depth and practical analysis of the journey of the children of Israel and provides the reader with an accurate, insightful account of the journey to Egypt and pilgrimage from Egypt to Zion.

 Objectives:

  • To overview the journey of the Israelites beginning with Abrham’s calling, the Hebrews inhabiting Egypt freely, to being held captive, the release, to the establishment of Jerusalem as the capital.
  • To overview the life of the Patriarchs, Joseph, Moses, Josuah, and David.
  • To introduce students to important concepts such as the Exodus, the conquest of Canaan, and the feasts of Israel.
  • To overview the Exile of Israel back to Babylon the place where it all started
